Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Physical Books
Physical books are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network. Returns for physical books should be processed through Amazon's return system:
- You can return physical books within 30 days of delivery
- Books must be in original condition (unread, undamaged)
- To initiate a return, go to your Amazon account and find the order
- Amazon will provide a prepaid return label
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after Amazon receives the return
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we have a more restrictive return policy:
- Digital books and products can be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Returns are only accepted if there is a technical issue with the product
- Contact us directly to initiate a digital product return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at returns@ajstreator.com
- Provide photos of the damage if possible
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges will apply
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email confirmation
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products after 7 days (unless technical issues)
- Physical books showing signs of use or damage
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Return Shipping
For physical books fulfilled by Amazon, return shipping is handled by Amazon. For other items, return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is defective or if we made an error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
